The Southside
With recent pushes to lift the community you can feel secured in that these units are affordable and encouraging for young people who felt the need to leave the Southside, to return. The best thing about being so close to Southtown is going to be the inexpensive ride-share options to various foodie hotspots. Not to mention the Southside Fan Favorites like Folklores Coffee Shop, Rudy’s Seafood, T J’s Burgers and those massive fruit cups from Fruteria La Mission. Imagine the gems you’ll find and be regulars in.
Community Activities
Apart from the Rio Lofts themselves throwing a series of monthly community events- there are a various amount of different community events from Sunday Yoga at Confluence, to movies with Slab Cinema, Farmer’s Markets and more.
