The Cheesy Pick-up Line

IMG_5694.JPG

So a huge part of my life is cooking. I usually don’t share much of this because I’m still experimenting.

I spend a large part of my evenings reading cookbooks trying to learn and then my weekends putting them into practice.  I’ve partnered with Cello cheese to create a simple recipe. It came out really lovely and super easy.

I made my way to my local Sprouts here in San Antonio to stock up on cheese, fruit and ice cream and when I passed the potatoes I knew that was it.  I was going to make French fries with my new air fryer.

Below is the recipe. Let me know if you like it?!

Parmesan Garlic Truffle Fries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀

4 medium potatoes

3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil

¼ cup fresh chopped parsley (or 2 tsp. dried parsley)

¾ teaspoon truffle salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ cup grated Cello Artisan Parmesan cheese (or more if you love cheese 🤷🏽‍♀️)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Directions:

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In a mixing bowl, toss the French fries in the oil, parsley, truffle salt and garlic powder. Set this aside for later. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Peel your potatoes and cut them into fries.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Place them in your Air Fryer on a 350f setting and add the oil.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cook for two minutes and then shake them.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cook for a further 8 minutes and shake again.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cook for a further 15 minutes. Unless you want golden fries in which case cook for another 5 minutes on 425f.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As soon as you take the fries out of the oven, toss them in the Cello Artisan Parmesan cheese and serve.
